MANAGEMENT
     - Construction Process

We work diligently and cooperatively with proven contractors on construction management assignments to complete the following specific responsibilities:

1

Pre-Construction

Pre-Construction begins with aligning all project stakeholders to establish clear reporting systems and procedures. This phase includes a thorough review of working drawings, site and building conditions, and relevant engineering studies, along with the development of preliminary budgets, cost-control strategies, and a detailed project schedule.

Value engineering is incorporated to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost optimization. The process then advances to sub-trade tender preparation, including technical and cost reviews (TCR), distribution of prequalification lists, and issuance of comprehensive tender packages.

3

TimeLine

A core strength of our organization is a forward-thinking approach to design that distinguishes our work and adds tangible value to every project. Our designs are visually compelling, highly functional, and cost-conscious, supporting both operational efficiency and a strong professional image for our clients’ facilities. Backed by a skilled team of designers, architects, and engineers, we continuously explore innovative solutions and improved methodologies to better meet evolving client needs.

2

Procedures

Our success as a contractor is driven by a disciplined approach to managing cost, schedule, and quality through robust systems and proven procedures. The project management team is composed of experienced professional engineers supported by advanced project controls and scheduling tools, allowing for detailed tracking and performance evaluation throughout the project lifecycle.

By integrating cost accounting, job reporting, and scheduling platforms, we maintain clear visibility into project progress and outcomes. This system-based approach supports transparency, open-book collaboration, and controlled client access to relevant project information.

All change orders and purchase orders are systematically managed through defined authorization, tracking, and accountability processes to maintain cost control and documentation integrity. On-site quality standards are enforced through regular inspections, reporting, subcontractor coordination, and deficiency resolution. Sustainability objectives, including LEED certification requirements, are also incorporated into our project systems to ensure consistent compliance and execution.
